Water Damage

We address and mitigate the effects of water damage to properties. Whether caused by floods, leaks, burst pipes, storms, or other water-related incidents, we specialize in the cleanup, repair, and restoration of affected areas.

Quick action is crucial to minimize damage, prevent mold growth, and protect the structural integrity of the property. We conduct a thorough assessment to determine the extent of the water damage. This includes identifying the source of the water, categorizing the damage (clean water, gray water, or black water), and assessing affected areas. The removal of standing water is a priority.

We use specialized equipment such as pumps, vacuums, and dehumidifiers to extract water from the affected areas.

After water extraction, the affected areas undergo a drying and dehumidification process. Industrial-grade dehumidifiers and drying equipment are employed to remove excess moisture from walls, floors, and other surfaces.

Our team cleans and sanitizes the affected surfaces and items. This helps prevent the growth of bacteria, mold, and other contaminants. Specialized cleaning agents may be used for this purpose.

After the inspection and signed agreement of work, we have 3 phases of cleaning:
Phase 1:

Find source of leak, stop the leak, begin immediate water removal & mitigation.

Phase 2:

Inspect the structural foundation to evaluate the integrity & health. If water has compromised the structure, then we may need to reconstruct the area (this adds longer time & insurance involvement)

Rest assured, we handle your insurance claim, or work with you if you decide to pay out of pocket.

Phase 3:

Water extraction, drying equipment setup to include air movers, dehumidifiers, specialty equipment for walls and floors, antimicrobial application, final walk-through for your satisfaction.
